CONGRATULATIONS Margaret and Sewing Machine Warehouse. I bought this model over a year ago now and this is THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE DEMO I HAVE SEEN ON THIS PARTICULAR MODEL - anywhere! The Pfaff site is shameful, it has no audio and is substandard for such a reputable company. Pfaff should pay you for this video. The only trouble I have with my machine is it nests underneath. Any ideas how to fix this? I was told this is a common fault with Pfaff; hope not. Thanks for your help.

My 1.5 is about a couple years old now, but I never took advantage of my free hour of demonstration after I purchased it. This was a nice refresher and taught me some things I didn't know about my machine. It would be great if there was another video that really concentrated more on the screen functions. I'm still a bit confused when it comes to all the settings. Thank you for this great video!

A tutorial can't be any better than this! I am looking for info on how to use it to prepare for my wife's birthday in a couple of weeks. The machine is in the mail, so I wanted to read up on how to use it a bit, just to be able to demonstrate it for her when she gets her present (and do a bit of showing off!) - and your demo is extremely good. Hello Margaret, I have this Pfaff Ambition 1.5 Sewing Machine for at least 3 to 4 years old, but still I can't use the Buttonhole foot on my machine. The reason that, it always get stuck in one place and forms a big round lumps of thread underneath. So I can't make the complete buttonhole. Please help me to sort out this problem or tell me anything wrong with my machine? Although I followed the same instructions as you showed in your video and the manual came this machine. I love your tutorial! I am a beginner with my new Pfaff Ambition 2.0 and can not figure out how to change over to a free motion quilting foot.. (I know how to change a regular one) do you happen to have a tutorial or a good answer for me? =) Thank you!

If you're wondering where the feed dog lever is, to lower them for free motion, you need to remove the accessory bin and then look behind the machine to find the sliding lever.

I just had the quilt ambition 2.0. It's the first time I use a sewing machine, When you wind a bobbin on top, the manual says it stops automaticaly. The bobbin stops turning when it's full and touching the small plastic piece but the screen still shows the message of winding bobbin and I hear the mechanism fonctionning. Is that normal? I have to push the stop button?

Yes, that's normal, it stops filling, but you can hear it turn. you have to stop it yourself, wither by pushing the stop button or taking your foot off the pedal, once you push the bobbin winder to the other side, the message will come off the screen :)

I can't get my buttonhole foot to work. I read the direction, pulled down the lever thing, and press start- it just beeps at me! Any suggestions?

You started by saying it lowered feed dogs. But you'd do that later. I watched the whole video and you never showed how to do that, which was what I needed to see!!!

Slide out the accessory tray and the feed dog slide lever is behind the machine (covered by the tray).
