They teach you step-by-step how to draw your own stitch designs in any size from 9 mm to 40 mm wide - quickly and easily - then send it to Pfaff’s exclusive P-Memories to
sew. You'll learn how to draw a template to aid in placing the actual stitches. And, how to fine tune the design by adding, deleting, inserting or moving individual stitches. You'll discover fun ways to manipulate the built-in stitches, add to a 9 mm design and turn it into a 40 mm Maxi-Stitch. And, how to enter stitches into sequences and view them on the screen before taking even one stitch. Then, when they're just right, you'll see how to send them to the machine to sew. Plus, how to save the designs onto the disk so they'll be available to send back to the machine
whenever you want to sew.
Philip and Crystal demonstrate quilting techniques including free motion, stippeling, echo, channel, grid or diamond. Crystal also shows you the traditional Japanese quilting style called Sashiko. You'll also gain new ideas with synthetic leathers and suedes and how to embroider, couch ribbons and applique on these tricky fabrics. They provide tips on proper needles and special feet to get the best results.
