am using 3 heads monogramming please what make them different with Pfaff embroidery machine. If there's embroidery different let me know, send me the built-in embroidery of pfaff creative 4.5 and 5. Lastly I want to know more about embroidery , and different of monogramming and pfaff

The USB plug for my Creative 4.5 has come away from its holder & I can not find same. Can it be replaced? Thank you
