Still got this song on vcr tape! I got this and many Christian videos from 1997 Praise Fest. That show used to air Christian music videos from 11pm - 5am on Fri and Sat!

Z Music Television and Praise TV were the only programs that showed on my local Christian TV station that had the latest in CCM and Christian rock music videos throughout the 90's. Unfortunately, they came on around midnight, and I wasn't allowed to stay up for them until my parents allowed my Friday night curfew to be extended to 2am, once I entered high school.

Same here. I don't know which tape you have, but mine has a compilation of different videos; this one, Newsboys "Shine", Audio Adrenaline "We're A Band", Aaron Jeoffrey "Go To The Rock"... Hm, now I'm wondering if I shouldn't hunt down all those music videos here and make a playlist or download them and make a DVD reproduction of that VHS tape.

I have to listen to your music Tembalami if you can post it in the replies. However, did you know that Zimbabwe has a harsh dictator and had the worst economy in the world. Every two days, their horrific inflation would double in the last decade. What do you forecast for this countries future?

I never knew they released any videos. I had the opportunity to see them once in 1994(?) Jars Of Clay opened up for them and it was before "Flood" became a huge crossover hit for the Jars. Too bad these guys still don't tour or make recordings regularly. As well as being great musicians their songwriting kept getting better. "Disappear" was fantastic and one of their last CDs.

Two great bands to come out of the whole Christian music 90's pop culture were PFR and Jars of Clay... only the latter I give credit for their second album only (Much Afraid) - everything after that sounded uninspired and and a stark departure from that album's truly amazing sound. I was a Christian when both those albums came out and though, of course, I am no longer a Christian - I still love to listen to PFR and Jars of Clay.

I've always loved PFR's not-so-subtle Beatles influences. I'd never seen this video before, and I was struck by how much Joel resembles John Lennon in the close-up sepia shots. Eerie, in a way.

I stopped listening to a christian radio station because they stopped playing the groups I liked. DC Talk is good but so is Cindy Morgan, Eric Champion, Out of the Grey, etc. Point of Grace had some good songs also. Howard
