I get it, senpai somehow got out of that dating video game and pursued to be a doctor, not remembering you from the dating game because since he was a doctor, he had other patients to deal with. Causing him to not remember you, and also all the songs that he sang with you are from the week 6, the video game, he just somehow forgot all of those week 6 songs, putting all the week 6 songs to different tones and paces, and also renaming the songs because he must’ve forgot about the dating video game.
