Another question: I was not able to obtain my Birth Certificate on time for submission AND my Mom didn't get on time her documents like passport certified by Notary. Question 1: Should I NOT tick as submitted on Document Checklist Supporting documents question 4 and add explanation of delay in Letter of Explanation? Or should I tick off as supplied, considering it is noted and explained in explanation letter? Thank you!

Passport does not need to certify . Just submit whatever you with an explanation letter and tick in document checklist.

My question is: if I am sponsoring my Mom, she is divorced from my Dad and I have a 40year old sister (with her own family and a 6year old child). Question 1: do I need to provide a separate 5669 and/or 5406 for my Dad and for my sister? I understand that no because my Dad and My sister (they are not coming to Canada) are not dependents on my Mom anymore? Thank you!

You have to fill these forms for your dad even he is not coming, not for sister

No, you don’t need to hire anyone, you can do all by yourself. That means if you want to hire then hire licensed one

Hello. I am sponsoring my grand father and my wife is co-signer in this. my grandmother is already deceased and i also submit interest to sponsor for my father and mother but i got only invitation for my grand father. I and my wife sponsoring first time no previous undertakings and we have one child he was born in jan 2020. So i am confused in family size can you please tell me how i can count my family size in financial evaluation form. ( i need to count my father and mother in this) or I, my wife, my grandfather and my child. I hope you will answer to my question. Thanks

Thanks for making the helpful videos. I, as a sponsor, received approval from IRCC for eligibility. IRCC has asked many documents to be submitted. How do I create the account and how can I link to my application submitted and how can I track the application ? An early response will be appreciated. Thanks once again.

Thank you for the great info! In addition to file IMM0008, 5669 and 5406 as a dependent for my father even though he is not immigrating to Canada, do I also need to file travel history IMM5562 as well? And how they would know that the dependent (my father) is NOT applying for the sponsorship, so they don’t question why I paid for only one person sponsorship? Thank you in advance 🙏
