Good evening sir, In 5th question I have one doubt sir We had a clue,either a or b only be the answer Because both are primary cation,but how we can Conclude b is the answer sir?

Though both are primary steric hindrance should be less for the rear attack of the nucleophile.you can see that only in b steric crowding is less at the primary carbon atom.
