I am in Northern British Columbia - and yes the primary drug dealers (not the street mules etc) are all Punjabi and located in a central town. That this is the case is well-known to everyone who might want to know. Drug use is the lifestyle of the majority of the locals. Cannabis, fentanyl, meth, crack, cocaine and some heroine. Many of the educated class use low-dose pharmacy grade LSD. A common refrain amongst locals is "nobody can live here without drugs (uppers)). Possession of "personal use" volumes/mass of these drugs is not UNLAWFUL in British Columbia.
