I know a place where underage teenagers and women too sells alcohol, and police regularly takes bribe, you can't do anything about this because police always protects the bootleggers. Despite the effort of local news channel regarding the issue, bootleggers/thugs are still operating as usual in tandom with local police. And think what!, it is a BJP governed dry state that always projected as a Developed/role model state. People are often forced to migrate due to job scarcity, inadequate medical facilities, corrupt municipal systems, corrupt law enforcement, bootlegging, land encroachment, and illegal mining activities issues down here.
