Directly go to department and ask about Ph.D. admission. They will either take interview or take direct admission. However you can also ask any professor for the same and make them your guide.

Usually if you ask professors at University department,they will happy to guide you. However you can choose any professor from Ranchi University on basis of your interest research area.
