Despite trying hard to be optimistic, reason for not being able is due to the response of younger generation that are more inclined to major in "HR" rather than "Finance" in Business School How will they ever appreciate : 1) SWAP ; 2) Arbitrage; 3) Hedging 4) Contingency plans, let alone difference between Profit, Cash Flow (both current & discounted), Fund Flow or other useful tools for analysis 😢
