HRCT CHEST Subpleural fibronodular changes in right lower zone. Associated pleural thickening and calcification. Mild pleural thickening and calcification also present in left basal region. Lung parenchyma otherwise normal. Trachae and bronchi are normal. Mediastinal window within normal limit. No pleural effusion. No bony destructive lesion. Opinion:-Subpleural fibronodular changes in right lower zone. Associated pleural thickening and calcification. Mild pleural thickening and calcification also present in left basal region - likely sequelae of past insult. No radiologically active lesion seen at present. Suggested correlation with other relevant investigations. Plz suggest me
