NO, EV cars are no really practical to use; 1. Battery is meant to degrade overtime and this will reduce or limit the range and affect the performance of the vehicle. 2 Battery are very expensive and not easy accessible to buy anywhere unlike the gasoline engine cars easy to find around. 3. Charging is not easy to look for and can consume hours to charge the battery.
