I think you have missed some points here according to what soujanyas family is complaining 1.Police aksed for her inner garments from her parents from the home and those were produced in the later stages 2. The day when Soujanya went missing 500 to 1000 people searched the area till midnight including the spot where next day her body was found, why they couldn't see it on the same day if the rape and murder happened in the same place ? Next day spot verification with the dog squad was not caried out stating the water is too much for them to cross it and go ( when SP came with the sniff dog )her umbrella was never recovered and her bag was not wet even though there was heavy rain in the night 3. The most important point - sample for FSL lab was sent after 10 days (FSL lab denied to give report as they need sample within 72 hours) 4. In the entire investigation they never bothered to check any of the CCTV footages 5. Dr Adam who performed postportam complained BAD LIGHT during the procedure, how can such an important case be performed so casually ? Postmortem would have done in a center with all modern facilities. Doctor also mention about the undigested food, when the family member said she didn't even had food in the morning who gave food to her ? Santosh Rao went to hotel and got the parcel ?
