It depends on the citation style you need. Look up APA, MLA, or whatever style your professor wants, then cute it as a website. Use the video title, Biology Professor for the author, etc.

No. Phagocytosis degrades the cell or foreign material until it is destroyed. There is no way to "undo" it.
