Kisi k bolne se kuch nahi hota bhai; सबके मानने से भी झूठ सही नहीं हो जाता। Ek term hota hai "Glycemic index (GI)" jis khane ki cheez ka jitna jyada GI hoga wah utni hi jaldi pachkar blood glucose level ko bada dega. Maida ka Glycemic Index 85 k aas pass hota hai jo bahut jyada hai. Sabse important baat hai sabhi ko kise sune hue fact ko ek baar internet google par verify kar lena chahiye taaki confusion na ho. Yes. Ye step by step process hota hai. Hamari maida factory thi 1990 me. Lekin ees me Jo process dikhaya hai wo kuch advanced machines aa gyi hai. Hamari factory me bhi yahi machines thi lekin kuch abhi modern ho gyi hai. Acha laga dekh kar. Purani yaad taazaa ho gayi.

I just don't understand why then we take so much effort to make Maida which is not so good for health (and obviously costlier than other varieties of wheat extracts). Is it just the taste? Conclusion - For "good health" - eat simple and eat unprocessed and for "taste" - eat costlier and heavily processed ones.

Maida is used for making almost all the fast food items and as the video says, it also tastes good. Have you ever tried making pizza base using only maida and only atta? I have and the one made with 100% maida tastes much better even though the one made using atta is healthier. So I believe taste is one important reason why maida is so much used in fast foods.
