Former Kokstad mayor again misses an opportunity to articulate ANC constitution when the president(his president) faces challenges. He should have told the journalist that NEC is meeting soon to discuss the matter. Secondary why would he say Mandela would have resigned?.. how does he know that, does he live in Mandela's head, i mean the old man died a long time ago.
