Phanteks NV5 Build and Review

I built my pc in the Phanteks NV5 pc case. I put two 360mm all in one coolers in the case. The case has spots for eight 120mm fans. It has a functional GPU support bracket and good cable management. It also has a built in rgb controller.

My NV5 literally was delivered today. After your review of the sound card and I saw you had the NV5. I knew I was buying it right away. I'm moving everything from my lancool 216 tonight. The 216 is nice. Perfect even. But it just doesn't have that 2024 feel like the NV5 does. The lancool is still the same style of case that's been being built for years now. I wanted to switch up and showcase my pc build and my hard spent money. Thanks for the inspiration to get this case. Keep up the great work also. Love these styles of videos.

Hi mate, Do you consider that there is a difference in thermals between NV5 and Lancool 216? I hesitate between the H7 Flow (similar to the 216) and the NV5. I share your opinion with the design of the cases at 2024, but I don't know if it will noticeably affect the thermals. I will go with a NZXT Kraken Elite 360mm AIO + R7 7800x3d + 4070ti super D:

@Varowo I populated all fan spots with phantek P12 fans (5) of them. I'm using a deepcool LT720 360 aio and I have a RX6750xt. I'm running PBO and -25 curve on my 7800x3d. Temps run around 60-70 while gaming and my room is in my attic of my house (mostly 70 degrees room temp). Max temps have been around 80-85 degrees Celsius under full load with the cpu stress test. I love the NV5. I just got the Addon LED kit today and will be installing it tonight after work. It's a classy nice looking PC case. In the end the choice is yours. But you won't have any temperature problems with good fans.

@@williamholmes8339 thx for response! I'll go with phanteks d30 fans, so i guess will be fine. Which temps at idle more or less? Do u think are similar to 216?

@@Varowo I wanna add that if you go with the 216 you will be stuck with the 160 fans. because who buys a pc case with 160 fans to take them out to replace with smaller fans. just IMO. I wouldnt stress so much about thermals too much. Modern CPU's run way more efficient these days.

Hey, I hope you read this message and it encourages you to continue making the videos you upload to the channel. I've seen your video of the H6 Flow, the H7 Flow (and its comparison with the H5), the Lancool 216 (and its comparison with Lancool III). In any case, I wanted to congratulate you enormously for the great work you do and I think you deserve many more subs, which I'm sure will come with time, because the content is a 10 out of 10. I finally got to this video, as I can't decide between this case and the H7 Flow, do you think there will be a difference in thermals with a 360mm AIO? Which one do you like more? how do you change the light bar on the case? mine is on RGB and I want to make an all white theme

If you have the controller all hooked up properly, just cycle through using the rgb buttons on the case.
