FC40 is equipped with a 720p wi-fi camera. That camera is not extendable. If you want to use a long distance FPV system, you have to remove the stock camera and install another one.

Yeah, my phantom Fc40 uses Gopro with Gimbal. Now i want to install a FPV. So, can I use 5.8 Ghz FPV? Or must 2.4?

Hallo, i have a question to anyone who can answer: the phantom 2V+ radiolink reaches 1000mt as far as I know and read. But what about the video link. I read on the web that the maximum range (also claimed by dji) is 300 mt (for CE) and 500 mt (for FAA). anyone that can explain better? thanks.
