m on a mission to sent hate message to all the DJI product. Reason their after service sucks... they are just good at selling product and that's it.. just bought a DJI Phantom 4 pro plus with a defective gimbal. and they won't change it under the warranty. instead I have pay extra to get it fixed. if DJI company reads this message, let me tell you your service sucks..and m gonna discourage innocent customers who are going to buy your product. people if you don't wanna go through what I been through..don't buy DJI products.. go for other products that have good after service. where you can easily buy parts from anywhere in the world. the rest is your discretion.

I have a P3 Pro that is now just a fancy brick. Everything starts up, the remote connects to the quad, and everything comes on, BUT, no signal from the camera, so it's no longer useful. is there a repair company in the United States that you would recommend? Thank you.

Basically it’s a fail update and it can be done by following a tutorial on how to reinstall it with a usbserial adapter and soldering some wires into the board.. there’s a video but it’s in German language.. I did it by following the video without the audio

Don't update firmware, it will damage you drone! !

If you don't start the drone within a certain time period the Lightbridge module becomes corrupt and MUST be replaced. Make sure your drone is booted up at least once every 3 weeks. Phantom 3 Video Downlink Module V14 is the faulty part.

Marcin Milewski Sorry ti hear that. Many Phantom 3 Pro have that problem. When you update the firmware they loose video. Norhing you can do but replace de Gimbal board. But DJI doesnt sell the part by itself you will need to buy the whole camera.

​@@carlosantonioalfonzo1804 te cuento que no, la unica solución q daban era comprar todo el conjunto de la placa hasta la cámara y ahi posiblemente me volvía a dar señal, todo eso em salia como en 400 dlrs y mejor me compre uno nuevo XD

Its hard to find the part cause dji doesnt sell it by itself. We needed to replace the card inside.

I have same problem, but if i make a Photo from remote command, after i see the photo on my pc (read sd card) so i think board camera it's ok, it's only a sw problem

ZDrone yes the camera is fine you can take pictures and video and it will record it in the sd card. But you wo t have visual on the phone or ipad.

finally fix. 1st, switch ON RC. 2nd, remove droan SD card. 3rd, switch ON droan. you will see pic back at your hp screen. then insert back SD card to your droan. good luck
