Here's a theory. It is actually not real old Phinks. At York Arc, he was ready to kill everyone in spider for not following the rule. Franky even said that they will kill everyone in Nobunaga group.That was a real Phinks and Spider. The Phinks now is change after getting memory Bomb from Paku. Paku said to take her memory, and "feeling" as well. And we know dead person Nen could be much stronger than the living. Therefore all 6 member now have Paku like personality.
