La Luz has always had great background vocalists, and used them well. Everyone sings, and their accompaniment is as much a standout as Shana's vocal lead. But this album amps that fantastic use of fantastic voices to a whole new dimension of sound in a whole new level of songwriting. This is easily my favourite La Luz album, and it's largely because of the harmonies that Alice, Lena, and Audrey provide. Love it.

Nice to see the band is still active, I was starting to get worried. Times are tough for musicians; extra tough if you're niche. I wouldn't judge if they tried for a more commercial sound, but I'm glad they stayed true to their own. This lovely number is proof they still have more great music to give us.
