Turiya nu shaak #farali_healthy_recipes
300 gram turiya
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp cumin
roak salt
1 medium size tomato
1/2 inch ginger
2 green chilly
coriander
tomato soup
3 tomato
small carrot
1.5 glass of water
roak salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin
2 clove
1/2 tsp red chilly powder

aame to badha khaie chhie tame turiya ne faral ma nathi leta?? aahi badha khai chhe e mujab me banavyu darek loko nu alag alag hoi chhe hhana lalamarchu haldar nathi khata ghana khai chhe etle tame je na khata hoi e skip karvu

Delectable thali,if you follow haveli seva all the masalas and vegetables you've used are completely no no in farali thali ,coz all these thing are acidic that's why they've restricted it too give our body rest from al those masalas and vegetables, mainly dudhi ,kolu(yellow pumpkin)and turiya are from same family you can eat ,there's a scienctific reason to give us break for ekadashi day so our body gets rest and is ready to digest in better way ,we need to understand our dharma is fully base on science ,we need to understand the reason behind of not eating,we in our Swami Narayan temple all these are things are allowed both are branches of sanatan dharma, food and masalas are actually our medicine which provides all nutrition to our body it's same as a doctor tell's us stop eat certain things for sometime here they're telling us to stop eating for just 2 days in a month, humble request make kolu coz it's full of vitamin A which is very essential to keep our eyes healthy yellow pumpkin soup or use in place of dudhi for making muthiya's adding in khichdi or making thalipeeth , eat kotu na dhokla ,make healthy farali premix add Rajagira 2 cup ,1 samo,1/3 to 1/2 sabudana you can make even make rotlis or anything you wish too.😍👌
