Mam 53:48 par asthma contraindications mei nhi ayega 😅 kyonki apne hi bola tha anti cholinergic drugs help in relaxation hence used in asthma . Aur urinary bladder mei asthma kabse hone laga😅

I have a question that why we are using parasympatholytic drugs , what is the need of this

Where you want to contradict parasympathomimetic drugs for ex you can't use pysostigmine in low BP (CHOLINERGIC DRUG) THEN WHAT WILL YOU DO TO INCREASE PATIENTS BP? Then use anticholinergic drop to increase bp What you will use in asthama ?? Anticholinergic not cholinergic
