Message to all freshers & less experienced any qualification. The Private job is very very tough these day minimum 8 hr duty +1to 3 hr (shift A,B,C rotation) commute average duty 60-80 hrs per week.You have also do 16-24 hrs duty if your shift reliever not present or due to workload.Also you may required to come on weekly off or you may have to cancell your pre approved leave if any plant emegency.Also small companies not willing to give good canteen facility,washroom facility,transportation good ,Insurance,medical facility as they feel burden. Target only for big company for better salary,facilities,increment,bonus,insurance,job stability,career growth.

In my 24yrs experience ia a pharma formulation company, I have observed that,sadly staff with very low responsibility are highly paid(production) and staff in QA/QC are paid very less ,lesser than some operator and workers too.If you want a happy job with high salary, work as aa operator than a QA/QA person.

Sahi hai kadva sach kisiko hajam nahi hoga..ya toh khud ka business karo ya khud ki choti moti dukaan daal do..ya public sector mein ya bank mein job karo..industry mein mat jaao usme paisa milega lekin pura chuskar nichod lenge..koi chutti nahi milegi naam ki leave policy hogi...choti kampaniyon mein manpower kum hoga aur badi companiyon mein lobbying chalta hain( jaise marathi lobby alag) UPbihar waalo ki lobby alag...soch lo bada pachtaaoge...talent tumhara senior leke jaayega aur tumko 3 se 5000 increment mein 15 ghante kaam karwaayega....aur promotion experience k saath hi hoga ya management ki wish par hoga...gaali galoch maarpit tak ho jaati hai HR management ka gulaam hota hai wo khaali katputli hai employee maangega utna nahi milta...matlab ghulaami ko discipline kahte hain industry mein...khaana aisa ki acidity bp sugar ho jaayegi 20 saal baad...jo paagal hain shahid hone ki thaan li hain wo isme aa sakta hain...ha acche location par jaha kum competition hain waha medical shop open ki toh lagega ki meri baatein jutthi hain but 1 saal baad jab baaju mein dusri medical khulte dekho toh mujhe yaad karna...struggle se darro mat lekin jo fact hain wo bataya meine.

All Fresher my message Private sector job is not a job but you are doing serving for business of another person(company).Job condition very tough -8-16 hrs duty pollution, there may be or may not transportation/canteen/medical/insurance still there may be no or minimum salary hike.Therefore tough future ahead.Do not consider if your salary 8k initially it mabe 12k after one year.it totally depend on level of company working.therefore be careful while joining the company.

This is because industry/private organization runs as business profit/loss balance sheet.they do not work on any logic or system.everything governed by how to increase profit ?? Actually situation is same everywhere in engineering too.This why good college selection is important.The good reputed company give good remuneration,facility but they recruit fresher from good college through campus or of campus lateral hire.Therefore it is important to have goal only to join big reputed company after getting experience.doing constant effort & taking guidance from your contact you can achieve it.

He defined very well, but the scope whatever he defined that is misleadin,there are a lot of scopes for pharmaceutical professionals not only in manufacturing industries in other fields as well. As he said reference is required to enter into pharma industries,it's not valid all the time,if you have the capabilities and done your educations from a reputed college/universities definitely they will place you in global level pharma companies, reference is not required all the time.. I am post graduate in pharmacy (M.pharmacy) and MBA in Total Qualty Management having 10 yrs diverse experience in Global Pharmaceutical industries in Qualty Assurances department, i have never used any reference as of now.

Suggetion for freshers please do not join pharma for private sector job . It's better to do Bsc. MSC you will get same job profile like pharma and even more scope than pharma .
