Hello sir (1)Can we use cap Racecadotril (100 mg tds) plus Tab Sporlac-ds( 1 tab tds) plus Pre pro biotic sachet (tds) for secretory diarrhea simultaneously in adult pts? Is there any serious drugs interactions among them? (2) Is there any other indications for usage of Tab Rifaximin than traveller's diarrhea,or to prevent hepatic encephalopathy? (3) Can we use Tab Rifaximin along with Tab Ofloxacin+ornidazole for bacterial infectious diarrhea. Or should not be combined simultaneously?? Please answer sir🙏

Linezlolide causes further myelosuppression. Hence avoided in question number 7 where the patient is already immunocompromised.
