Ecosprin-AV 75 Capsule is a combination of two medicines used to prevent heart attack and stroke. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL) levels in the body. Moreover, it also decreases the formation of blood clots.
Ecosprin-AV 75 Capsule should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. Lifestyle changes like a low-fat diet, exercise, and not smoking may help this medicine to work better.
Abdominal pain, indigestion, and constipation are some common side effects of this medicine. This medicine increases your risk of bleeding, so it is important to be careful while shaving, cutting nails, using sharp objects, or engaging in contact sports (e.g., football, wrestling). Let your doctor know if you notice yellowing of the skin, muscle pain, or dark urine.
Mechanism of Action - Ecosprin-AV 75 Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Atorvastatin and Aspirin, which prevents heart attack and stroke. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-platelet action. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.

I am 65 yrs. Done angioplasty of two veins. Taking Nexpro RD 40, (early in the morning empty stomach),Ticagrelor(Axer 90mg), Aspirin gastro 75mg(aftr launch), Atrovadtatin 80 (aftr dinner) and glyciphage 1g daily. At present I am not willing to eat anything and having stomach problems like frequent toilet and loose motion. I am feeling weak, can I take Ensure diabetic (vitamin like horlicks) ,? Suggest me.

मेरा उम्र 65 है। इसी वर्ष म‌ई 15 तारीक को चेस्ट पेन होने के कारण चेक अप करने गया था। एनजीयोगराफी करने के बाद दो भेन बल्क पाने से एनजीयोपलासटी किया गया। मेरा सुगर भी 170 से 280 का रेंज में रहता है फास्टिंग में। अभी म‌ई महीना से हार्ट का टाईकोगरेलर (सुबह-शाम,) एस्पिरिन,एटरोभासटेटिन और सुगर का ग्लाइसीफेज 1 ग्राम सेवन कर रहा हूं। अभी कुछ भी खाने को मन नहीं करता है। क्या मैं Ensure diabetic ले सकता हूं ? पेट ठीक नहीं रहता है और पतला पाइखाना तीन बार हुआ। क्या करूं ? सुझाव भेजें।
