Tyler just had his idol say that it meant a lot to him that he was able to perform with him. You can tell by the look on Tyler's face that he's in total awe that this is happening.

honestly, its just so weird and heart warming to watch this and/or any other situation where t and p are together. tyler behaves in a different way, hes just magnetized by him, he listens incredibly carefully to his words and completely relies on that. And he seeks for his approbation so much. at times it seemed to be watching a 8 years old telling his father about the great things hes been doing that day, to make him feel proud. Im very happy that he got that chance to be so close to his idol.

Pharrell has to be one of the most based artists out there these days. One of a limited number of introspective performers that actually gives a shit about the musical industry as a whole and the direction it leads itself. The fact he's not only willing to, but excels at performing with so many other artists across numerable genres truly points to his capability for success as well as a desire to challenge the status quo. We could really use more people on this planet that embrace music for the sake of creation and experimentation. Challenging the status quo is what leads to newer forms of art in the first place. If this trend continues, then he's right. There isn't much to worry about for the entertainment industry... especially in terms of stagnation.

Old tyler's gone. Shouts out to the Bastard and Goblin fans out there. I fuck with Wolf heavy like it's one of the best albums of 2013, but it doesn't have the same feel as the first 2.
@laurin707910 жыл бұрын
Well said. It's not the same mood in Wolf which made the first 2 so hyped. Therefore the Wolf was for me maybe the biggest disappointment of last year. But I actually learned to love it, it grew really good on me and I'm interested how Tyler's style evolves.
@CuteWeeb10 жыл бұрын
Ein Hässlon Yeah it kinda sucks as well cos there's nothing out like his first two albums. I'm stuck listening to songs on repeat but funny thing is I never get bored of that shit. There's too many bandwagoners now and Tyler's too mainstream. I'm guessing his next album won't even have some of the crazy songs on there.
@MsYtey10 жыл бұрын
It's not supposed to have the same feel as his previous albums, shit progresses.
@PhuckHue210 жыл бұрын
he can't keep doing Bastard over and over again. then people would complain he's too repetitive
@Lrzq10 жыл бұрын
Because Tyler grew the fuck up and stopped talking about raping women and killing people. I know some of his shit is good on the previous albums and I'm a huge fan, but seeing as he matured in the Wolf era he got to present his musical genius more rather than talking shit. (Tyler's still sick)

Tyler's too good a writer to keep riding his gimmiks. If he acted like this more often the older heads could actually get into him. All his fans nowadays are 20 something jock riders who know nothing about rap culture. Tyler knows his shit. Wish his fans did.
