Phase 4: Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme targeted allocation explained

Moving into Phase 4 of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, we're changing how grant funding is allocated. We're replacing the first-come, first-served system. Those who've applied to the scheme will be familiar with a targeted allocation system that helps the most cost-effective carbon-saving projects access funding first. That'll operate alongside a soft sector cap policy from previous phases.
