Om.. saya cetak di seticker vinil cetak warna merah ko jadi pink ny.. ada solusi om

I have that machine same model, but i have a problem, everytime i'm trying to print something with gray in it, doesn't print gray, it prints other colour (kinda green mixed with brown...). It only happens with gray, other colours prints correctly. Any suggest?

sad i have problems in touch screen and i cant press the OK button, no matter what i do i cant get past this screen, someone has any fix for this?¿=
