@@iqmalhafizi4346 because when pure substances changes the phase, then they will not be chemically homogenous. Eg: Consider a dry air sample with N2, O2 and Water vapor. In gaseous stage, all are same homogenous mixture and when water is turned to liq (when temp is lowered) then the system is not chemically homogenous
