That’s what I meant are record management aka mangers yes 👍 so thrilled that it’s the same but they both have different skills that’s so cool 😎. My English isn’t good from everybody that’s why I am different from everybody and I’m special needs and it definitely help me a lot because when I get to work with artist they need to use record managers to get a record deal if they are independent or major and you are right I totally 👍 concur with you managers and management are the same but they have different skills and you’re exactly right about that’s for sure PhaseVI.
