I lived there last yr, loved it we lived in Barangay Dulangan, but couldn't take the constant brownouts. That was the deal breaker. It's too bad I loved it there

There was once a sandy beach in Sabang. Guess they used all the sand for construction. If this is natural progression, you can keep it.
