Ive just picked up a tm aug (not the hc version) so im sat here watching this with interest. Then realised that cover return spring is missing a part on mine! Had way more fun than you getting it back in!! This ones getting the full ss and mosfet treatment! Thanks for the walkthrough! ❤

Thanks for the in-depth install! This deffo has to be installed in my AUG ASAP! As mentioned, the foam is to keep BBs from jangling around inside the stock - the coin, however, is a bullpup AEG hallmark. No longer needed as the trigger mechanism is now electronic rather than mechanical, the coin at the back of the gearbox trick is used to put pressure up against the assembly. As well, in my G&G F2000 and Cybergun P90, a coin can help correct a bad air seal from the nozzle to the hop.

Thank you, Pheas! Which model of the Steyr Aug is this and would you recommend getting this Aug?
@PheasAirsoft2 жыл бұрын
This is the Tokyo Marui Aug High cycle. So has a higher rate of fire out of the box, the Perun just made it even better lol. It's a very very well built AEG, as all Tokyo Maruis are, but may lack the power of other brands (designed for Japanese 1j energy limit) so if you want high fps builds I would look at JG or ARMY or Classic Army for the stronger gearbox. @@PheasAirsoft hey, thanks for your reply! Would you consider the JG Aug a good platform? I'm looking at the JG ones over at Taiwangun and they seem good for the price. I would, however, add the Perun Mosfet, if I were to buy one.
@PheasAirsoft2 жыл бұрын
@@gretje2896 I really rate most things that JG do to be honest. Their shells are if nothing else capable of higher fps than TM stuff, and always been well built for me. Some of the external types they do of aug, I don't know none else that does them.

Hey brother, do you know anything about the snow wolf aug?

Hahaha that foam in the magwell is because when you take a mag out of the AUG, those loose bbs have a good chance of going into the gun and getting trapped inside

The day the sponge fell out, one bb jammed the trigger for me. Later fell out

hi, can this system work in a Cybergun/Cyma F2000, as far as i know the jg AUG and the Cybergun F2000 have the same V3 gearbox and trigger system
@PheasAirsoft Жыл бұрын
Hiya, I havent worked on an F2000 for a long time, but if its just an aug in another skin, then it "Should" work with it just fine. Pheas

Do you know if this would work similarly in a cybergun/cyma f2000 having a v3 aug gearbox?
@PheasAirsoft Жыл бұрын
Hmm... I honestly wouldnt be able to say, BUT I had it in my head they were a version 2 gearbox for some reason. In theory it could / should work provided it has the same mounting points etc. Pheas

What if my AUG had a motorized magazine? Could I wire that in?
@PheasAirsoft Жыл бұрын
Hiya. I'm not sure if there is the ability for that... If it just wires to the red power cable, after the MOSFET, so it's only powered after the trigger is pulled... I could see that working. Pheas
