Hello there. I also have a 2018 Titan Pro 4X with the same Phoenix Auto radio Sc7862 back in January of 2021. I didn’t have to unscrew a box from the OEM to be able to work my climate controls or anything. I had pretty much the same issues that you said on here except for the box. Everything works and was all plug n play. The only thing that I’m having an issue is that my WiFi has a hard time staying on and will turn off on its own for no reason. I have a Tech calling on Saturday. Other then that I love the radio.

Hey my man I just purchased this radio, so far so good except I am having a problem with wifi. Every time I turn on my bluetooth it kicks me out of wifi. Also, at first startup it doesn't show the neat dash feature with the Titan truck it just shows Zlink with a black screen. I tried to find that Titan truck startup but no luck. I am not getting any answers from Phoenix Automotive. Can you or anyone have any answers? I have a 2019 Titan SL.

how did you get yours to look so good? i have the same head unit, on my 2017 pro4x and i got stuck with some shitty red jeep on my home screen. you got a cool spaceman and the homes creen is better... Like where exactly and how do you get other launchers
