Probably OG Sonya or Orochi since they have pretty good Res that could also make use of ploy skills. Usually when I get a rearmed, I try to use their weapon AND skill set to refresh an old unit that I like that's become outdated. I'm hoping Orochi gets a good refine someday.

Probably Legendary Celica since I was really disappointed with how she couldn't get Arcane Blutgang to my Legendary Celica, so yeah, since it's another Rearmed tome I might try to give it to Legendary Celica.

@@jennywakemanxj-9teenagerob749 As the second of the five Gunnthra fans, I also agree it hurts so much :') It wouldn't even be so bad if Chilling Seal was Spectrum debuffs all around and had a better proc condition, as that would literally precharge refined Blizzard and thus address her bad statline. Feel like her best build offensively would be something like (edited since I didn't see the build Phoenix had yet, oops :') ): Blizzard (+eff) Assist Ruptured Sky/Glacies/Iceberg (Marth Ring) Sly Swift Sparrow/Sly Mirror Seal Spd/Res 3/Resonance 4 Incite Atk/Spd/Incite Atk/Res Far Trace Echo

I actually got Lilina from the tickets and was going to feed her to my Arete for the A skill, but then I stopped myself and thought, "I should wait for Phoenixmaster to do a video on Arcane Truthfire first. Just to see if I have anyone who'd want this tome." Glad I did because I have 4 people who'd like this tome based on your rankings, in Orochi, Julia, Ricken, and Brave Micaiah. Man, we really do not have a lot of mage armors of any color, do we?

I've been waiting for a better green tome for my re armed sonya! I maxed her out a while ago, I run her with res refinement, laguz 4, breath of life 4, def/res ideal, and time pulse echo. This all with glacies and emblem ike ring for constant glacies spam player phase and enemy phase. She surprises me with what she can tank! Will also be giving this to my other two Sonyas, since they are also maxed out 😁.

I plan to give my OG Leo the entire kit of Rearmed Lilina, is it worth it ? I know I will be missing out the Arcane weapon but it honestly doesn't bother me that much, I don't really have a good candidate for that weapon honestly. Thanks a lot, as always :)

Thank you for the builds!! I'm holding my breath on Pent getting a good refine. Although, I think if his refine is more supportive in nature then it's nice to have Arcane Truthfire. On another note, it's a bit funny that both Arcane green tomes fit him, being based around Exacalibur and Forblaze lol

I’m gonna be honest the first tome user for the new arcane I thought to use the new one was rearmed Sonya. If I had a nickel for every time a new rearmed worked well with an old rearmed user I would have two nickels . It ain’t much but I find it odd that I have two nickels.

Amazing video once again. It’s so hard to decide what to spend orbs on, I really want more fodder to maximise a few rearmed/attuned inheritances, but they’re really expensive. I want this tome and laguz friend for Sonya but there’s also some armour skills I’m waiting to summon for, as well as E!Sigurd next month. Feh gods save me 😅😅

So is Orochi in tier 1 (end of video) or tier 2 (beginning)? Also, she came out one month after Luthier, so why isn't she in the "Refine due soon" tier? She's the only unit I'd consider giving Truthfire to (I already gave her Caliburnus), but having to rebuild her around a new weapon sounds so stressful to me even if it is better.

Ah, the end is a mistake, the beginning is correct, she is T2. I'm a big Orochi fan too but keep in mind that the demote refines don't have as much of a strict refine schedule as Grails & after Luthier gets a refine, we will have CYL Refines too and realistically we are looking at November 2025 for Orochi's Refine or in December, which is a year from now. If you like her alot then you could give her this weapon since a lot of time will have passed until then.

On one hand it's tad bit of a bummer we don't have a ranged version of Shield Fighter + Aegis as I don't really have a use target for this tome per-se, so upong getting Liliana I was planning to build a Far Save Winter Bruno. Only to find out I couldn't. ...On the OTHER HAND, thank god we don't have a ranged version of Shield Fighter + Aegis...! ...Yet.

I'm just realising the cd works out perfectly for flare on retaliation even without times pulse echo (assuming no guard, though if it's a concern then tempo 4 works well) which heals you if you're low on hp after that attack, and also it has the 7 damage reduction to help you survive said attack. To be fair, it's probably better to just run LF and glacies in most scenarios if it's available which offers better tanking and better nuking... But the flare set healing might be good for multiple combats?

With the way these tier lists went, I highly doubt we will ever get a tanking arcane weapon since the offensive tools for nukes accerlwtes much faster than tanks in terms of powercreep, defensive tools agesway waster than nuking options and people tend to have more fun dealing big numbers than receiving less damage

Getting much more value out of him as an instant glacies/instant aoe mage (plus the tome animation is very cool and suits him nicely)

I did ponder over her before my placement, and her brave weapon is still her best weapon imo. I also recently went over her best build in kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJbap4FpgpKmmLcfeature=shared&t=1105 @ 18:25. She needs some support but she can stack 24 True DMG per hit and enjoy the brave hits. In Arena, you will be needing her PRF anyways for scoring.

you know my spd bruno from Bsky and man they have to make a good A skill for Bruno since I already have guard echo and dont wanna have that double guard thingy but there is also no real other good A skill except maybe Unity which is just fine I guess Else wise, ranged armores arent good but that tome atleast gives enough spd for spd checks and flat dmg reduction so its basically the best he can be

Yes, this weapon is way better for him. The 7 Flat DR helps in tanking and you have better mobility.
