Scarlet in general got treated like crap. Not only is she a corrinsexual, there's also what happens in conquest. Why would someone such limited screentime in a game that has 3 routes? You'd think that a character who's Nohrian (albeit a rebel) would be playable in conquest, but nope, this game likes cartoon villains

+Pheonixmaster1 You may wanna consider a Forged Peri's Lance for Scarlet. It may look underwhelming, but it's actually the best 2 ranged Lance when forged, since it can still crit and proc skills, so you'll have the benefit of still being able to abuse Vantage on enemy phase at 2 range. Also Ballistician is a good partner for her, since they can shoot her HP down to 1 as long as she's standing near an enemy when they use the Ballista command.

skillset idea for scarlet: -vantage -death blow -vengeance -awakening -aether to begin with, the first four takes advantage of scarlet's personal skill, in extermis. vantage lets her attack first if she falls under 25% health, while death blow increases her chances of getting a crit, which will stack with in extermis, totalling to 50% (with killer weapons, this skyrockets to 90%). vengeance is also a good option, since scarlet will do more damage if heavily wounded (and she might also crit) and like you mentioned, pheonix, in extermis, along with vantage and awakening, can be pretty deadly. to be honest, the reason why i put aether there is because i couldn't decide what to put for the last slot. but if you would rather have another skill instead for the last one (like rend heaven, galeforce, trample, swordbreaker, etc.), then yeah, like i said, i couldn't think of another skill for the last slot.

Ether can pull Scarlet out of Vantage, Awakening and In extremis range, specially if she crit, so that's risky. I think Vengeance or Rend Heaven are better. And your set have 3 problems: 1) You can't fall low HP without dying that easy as you don't have Galeforce + Berserker Axe. 2) Even with Awakening the accuracy of Scarlet is pretty bad. 3) If your opponent have one magic user, you can be killed very easly ^^

There's nothing like that since Fates' has no metagame or public competitions. The one thing that can get banned from online is whom you face - which if you felt the match was unfair or skewed in their favor due to hacking, you can blacklist them so that online will never connect you to them.

In Fire Emblem games Critical hits can never miss because the Hit is calculated first and if the attack can hit then only the game calculates the critical hit chance and then you land a crit.Yes you can miss 100% crit when you have 60% hit rate because you missed the attack aswell.Once you see the critical hit animation/sound,the attack will never miss.

You said critical hits don't miss? You're right about that. When Beruka gets a critical, she'll say "YOU WON'T SURVIVE THIS." When Kagero gets a critical, she'll sometimes say, "THIS WON'T MISS." When I hear Beruka say "YOU WON'T SURVIVE THIS." I say, "You can't survive criticals." It's like sure-hit moves in Pokemon video games, like Aerial Ace, Shock Wave, Faint Attack...well you get the idea.

+SuluX actually it does, it helps your units get to their level caps faster and definitely makes training units from lower levels much easier. Yes it won't physically give exp but grinding goes much quicker with it. You may have a unit at lv 60 not hit all its caps while someone with aptitude would. Phoenix himself said he uses it to grind

Ironic you used Scarlet... I've been doing a Build with her and Ballistician Yukimura where she has Awakening, Vantage, Death Blow, Gamble, and Life and Death. Yukimura Ballistas her to 1 HP and she wreaks havoc.
