Try to avoid any such food that causes constipation/ acidity. (C) Eat/ drink :- Fruits and/ or fruit juices (especially pomegranate with seeds, papaya), Salad,Green vegetable, grams ( boiled) *Lukewarm milk at night*( very much helpful) and other foods that have high fiber (D) *Drink plenty of water ( very very important point)* 2. Change your lifestyle: --------------------------------------- (A) Prepare and follow a busy routine, *Do run, physical exercises/workouts daily( Very important, it helps a lot)* take sound sleep. Try to avoid the use of mobile phone at night. It affects your digestive system. (B) Try to go for toilet as per fix schedule,once or twice a day. Sir, i am having fissure problem with sentinel tag since 8-9 months . Due to lockdown i consulted one homeopathic doctor online he suggested following medicines:- 1. Calcarea Fluorica 6x 2. Natrum Sulphuricum 6x 3. Natrum Muriaticum 6x I have been taking these for more than 15days but did not got much relief, shall i continue these medicines,i am having this doubt bcz nobody has presribed these medicines for fissure when i chcked youtube. Please reply sir .
