Actually in one dialogue, Subspace did threaten/joke? to ,quote "rip your other eye out", abiet the vague version is "a violent conflict that resulted in the loss of Medkit's left eye" Sooo there are a lot of interpretations, such as Subspace just ripping it out or blowing it up with his crystal Srry for the long af comment-
