this chart would be fine as a 16 that ramped up to 17, there are too many places where the charter thought it would be funny if they added 3 extra simul notes

Remember, difficulty gap on each point of high difficulty lv are far, the higher it gets, the biggest is the gap, average lv of 14, 15, and 16 is like different world on each. Constanta also similar, i.e comparing .1 to .8 are like toddler VS adult

From charter's perspective: Finorza is a very fast and intense song, and so the patterns fit the intensity very well But even still, this is an EXTREMELY hard chart, at least 2-3x as hard as the current April Fools chart (and already that's the hardest chart available on phigros)
