He still has that relaxing, comforting and soulful voice from "You Know What I mean" and "Cant turn back the years". If he really wants to record an another song - he will still have legions of fans backing him up. If Joni Mitchell can still sing beautifully and record stuff in her condition, and Billy Joel recording a new song in 30 years. Phil can still do it too. But I only wish him the best and that he enjoys his life. I was just so happy to see you for the first time in 2018 and again in 2022.

By this time he started to lose capacity to sing high notes. I remember watching his US Open presentation and his performance of "In The Air Tonight" was amazing. Breaks my heart to see how he has been debilitating in the last 5 years, it reminds my of my dad. Aging is hard and may look unfair.

Crazy how much more lively and full of vitality Phil is here only 4 years ago and sounding so much better than he does during the Genesis shows at the moment. Even the chair here isn't really an issue, wonderful performance.

Did it sound better then? A bit like that, but it didn't sound bad during Genesis shows either. The difference is, however, that Genesis pieces have a much higher vocal range. Especially Mama or No Son Of Mine. Domino too - not to mention eg Afterglow. The solo pieces were written especially "for Phil" - and in Genesis a little different. But even on tour, Genesis looked good. Some songs - such as Land Of Confusion - sound simply better in a lower key.

Phil me genera personalmente muchas cosas, algo que no me ha pasado con otros interpretes, quizás incide su salud o tal vez no ¿Quién lo puede saber?, pero eso si, estoy de acuerdo con Beatriz a mi y como hombre me genera Ternura, nadie podrá decir en un futuro que no dejo "Todo en el Escenario" y lo bueno está incorporado en él, NO SE RINDE ... ESTO NO PASA POR EL DINERO, ESTO ES AMOR A LA MUSICA. Uds. fíjense que muchos músicos lo siguen apoyando y eso para mí habla bien de el pequeño GRAN MUSICO-CANTANTE de Phil, Felicitaciones IDOLO !!! ... Phil generates many things for me personally, something that has not happened to me with other performers, perhaps it affects his health or perhaps not. Who can know? But yes, I agree with Beatriz to me and as a man he generates Tenderness in me, No one will be able to say in the future that I don't leave "Everything on the Stage" and the good is incorporated into it, IT DOESN'T GIVE UP... Marc Meroth Thank you so much for sharing the Not Dead Yet! Concert from legendary Phil Collins! Phil sounds wonderful! His teenage son Nicholas does an impressive job on the drums. He clearly has his Dad’s genetics musical genes but has obviously worked hard too! Nice to see Phil hitting something again even if it’s a cajon! I love the tender moments when Nic plays piano and Phil sits next to him and sings You Know What I Mean from Face Value. It’s an emotional time between incredibly talented father and son musicians one legendary and the other just starting his hopefully long, productive career. Thanks again for your efforts taping the show and uploading it for all Phil’s fans to share for years to come. Phil puts on a marvelous show even having to sit the entire time because of his health! What a performer! God Bless you Marc!

@@KellyBezz He has 2 daughters who are actresses and another son that plays the drum (not sure if he plays anything else). It seems like all of his kids are incredibly talented, I think a lot of it has to do with how much your parents push/support you and a lot has to do with the persons' want and determination to do whatever they have their mind set on. I wish I had been like this, I regret things now that I'm older.

Merci ! étant super grand fan et batteur j'avais vu ses tournées 97 et 2004 mais, pas celle-là il faut dire que pour Genesis aussi , c'est très cher et pas du sûr d'être bien placé il faudrait mettre 200 euros ! lol C'est trop Mais, j'ai passé une bonne soirée avec ce concert sur tv :) gratuit ! Nic se défend bien pour son âge! En solo aussi et il joue un peu comme son père! Mais, n'a pas encore la finesse et le groove d'un Chester Thompson !

Not a Phil Collins fan as such (as in I never went out and purchased his music), but I've always appreciated and enjoyed his stuff, he has an amazing voice, I need to support a fellow Brit, especially one as talented as Phil. I love all types of music, music helps me to a degree with my anxiety, I get anxious and stick on some music to distract me, I love it and I'm contemplating learning how to play the keyboard/piano, I would go for the the drum as I used to play a snare drum in a marching band when I was a young un but sadly, I have FM nowadays and it would cause me too much pain. The sound quality on this video is awesome (so is the camera footage), thanks for sharing. PS - I love his band :)
