6:03 clip is where you can start to believe he could be England's next Gazza.... Sudden burst of pace, driving through midfield straight at the heart of the defence, getting shit done! Edit: Also the 11:45 clip, similar burst and the weight of pass was perfect, something Gazza always delivered, and something modern day English players fail at. The little subtle, neat touches are impressive but we need someone who'll run a game and scare the shit out of the opposition. Just needs more games and add some more goals and he'll be golden. Hopefully he'll manage to avoid any serious injuries, which, historically, seems to happen a lot to young English players.

He would benefit from going to PSV or a midtable Spanish team like Celta Vigo in January. He needs not just gametime but a consistent AM role to develop some freedom in his game. He's got very good fundamentals to be a quality AM. His vision is actually his problem, he seems to always look for the same passes, if given more responsibility starting every week and not being in the best team which allows him so much space he will be able to open his mind to a elite range of passing. He would benefit with some freedom to not just express himself but massively upgrade he decision making which will upgrade him quickly as a player. I bet Pep teaches him not to do any tricks but his playing style calls out for it. He has talent, can become big but needs consistent gametime now and unless he gets a perfect loan move he should try to move on from Pep to hit his potential. He must become his own man now!

la verdad que si tiene mucho talento y sobre todo técnica, luego entiende el juego muy bien, tiene cosas que Messi no desarrollo hasta los 23 como la visión, y esos cambios de juego, tiene cosas de Bernardo y David Silva, pero creo que es muy parecido en conducción y técnica a Jack Wilshere, va a ser muy buen reemplazo de David Silva

I am Utd fan and fodden is simply the most well balanced mover with a footbalI have ever seen. He has a left foot like a snooker cue is only way I can describe it. Truly unique player but the opposite of the rounded football robot that Pep likes that is the problem. Fodden is type of player who could shine in a shit team but being himself in that city team he'll go against pep's pragmatic plans. Pep knows how good he is but knows he doesn't fit. This is why he wheels him out at press conferences and wanks him off. I bet he'll regret it in the long run. I honestly believe he'd feel the same way if he had Maradona in squad. it is a team game but there is always room for a genius.
