The scene this masterpiece of music, art and lyrics makes me imagine is one of an ancient and last remaining dragon, terror of kingdoms and villages, who razed castles and houses, who brought darkness and fear among the ones that only speak about him, a millennial enemy of humankind, a seemingly unstoppable joke of nature, who won against great battallions... ...that now has to face the pure smile and ingenuity of a single, curious and brave child: a small creature that, from her young and amazed eyes, sees only an ill and scared heart that needs love and compassion, behind that rugged and scarred face. A spark of hope, of peace, of prosperous times, in this mutual glance between an old veteran of hate-brought battles and a young, naive life. A principle of future in this friendship... ...that, for humankind's greedy revenge... ...never have time to bloom. A single hit. An hard, poisonous arrow fierced the still mass of air that surrounded them. Centering that big and rusty heart of the beast. A numerous group of archers and soldiers stood meters away from the two. As crude as it seems, right in front of that sincere smile... The last remaining dragon falls heavily on the dusty ground. The child immediately runs to his never-had friend. She's on her knees, staring at his enormous eyes in front of his great fauces. Those that almost... ...almost, seems smiling to her. And in the most tense silence of all times, the one where a giant monster is losing, a ferocious species is ultimately falling forever... a good hearted child is now embracing his massive jaw in a first, and final, hug... ...the last, remaining dragon, take his long, last breath... ...and expire in her arms. This song is the past, unforgotten, melancholic memory of a girl that saw everything. That listened everything. That experienced everything... ...and felt everything. The girl that sings to the wind and rain, the girl that sings to the moonlight, the girl that befriended the beast.

Is the one she always grateful to, no longer there? Is the one she admired, no longer there? Is the one she hauntingly missing, been turned into a dragon? Did she know he still looking after her? in a distance? It would makes someone a double down sorrow and devastating if the one is in the devastating of losing a gradually faded away of a very dear one. This truly humbled vocal makes this song really really sad to the core. I can't bear to hear the song when I'm in sorrow. I have to find an occasion to take the song. like this moment, The bright sun shines are full of my shaded windows, when I am mentally ready from the borrowed strength.
