Why do they always aim at the bull's-eye instead of T20? is there any special rule that I'm missing?

Well in steeltip the double bull is 50, and the semi bull is 25. In sfottip this is different. The Targets are bigger and they aim at the bull because both bulls are worth 50 point. The chances are bigger that you hit the bull than any other triple OR double at the board. So yeah that's why

Pablo Sorbara Because they have more brites than the English. It gets very boring shooting at the triple 20 all day. Normal people do not like that! The English changed the bull to the triple 20 in the 1930's. The inventor of the dart board never intended for there to be a triple 20. He thought it so dumb and boring he left it completely off the board!

Dartslive lies about the marks per round. The 2nd leg of cricket was NO WHERE near 8.33 MPR. It was a 6.64. 31 marks with 14 darts.

+Worldwide Darts They usually stop counting your MPR when 6 numbers have been opened, and in this case, when only the bull is left! They do count your total final MPR for the entire leg, but usually it's the one when 6 numbers are opened.

because Dartslive2 only counts MPR until either of players opens 6marks, not until they finish. It means MPR is finished to count when Phil opened 6marks, 3rd darts of round 3, 25 marks with 9 darts, 8.33MPR.
