My husband drives a bus in a small, but increasingly violent city. Every freaking day I worry- now during the summer they are giving free rides on weekends. I know he doesn’t tell me half the shit that goes on because it would freak me out. He was physically attacked a few years ago- somehow managed to subdue the attacker. When they reviewed the on board video- they said that he used unnecessary force when his attacker cried “uncle”(my husband sat on him until the police came). They let him go, a week later same man pulled a box- cutter on a female driver. Thankfully, my husband ID’ed him as his attacker and the man did 18 months. But he says the same thing you do in your comment. I think he has lost a lot of faith in humans since becoming a driver.

@@madphatdopeyo742 I have flown a handgun many times. It must be unloaded (obviously) and in a lockable case. You declare it when you check in. They confirm it is not loaded and then you put it in the case and lock it. It goes into your checked luggage and they put a warning sticker on your baggage claim ticket for the TSA people. DON'T Fly to California with it unless you have a burn/blast proof container for your ammo. I was able to fly my 9mm to California but I had to leave behind $40 worth of hydroshock ammo in order to fly back to Florida.
