I even saw a few Escalades, one with cool rims as well at 4:00. Do people who own these cars are fine with parking them on the streets? How come nobody steals them... Where I'm from half the people can't afford such nice cars and we don't have ghettos... weird.

Geo Gmz yeah but dumb in a cans didnt come into Philadelphia until 95 lol PUERTO Ricans rent out the bodegas and beauty salons and around the way lil restaurants that were 60yrs in the making by BORICUAS that dumb in a cans are doing this now...but the way they say whats up comes from the the " que la que" or que la que hay" which is a boricua phrase or sayin term as "whats up? Meaning the dumb in a cans say it all wrong lol since they copy and try to use terms and phrase boricua PUERTO Ricans use and say...but they say it all wrong. So the word " que lo que" as they say it , its improper, and the correct and proper way of sayin it is like this " que la que or que la que hay pai" dumb in a cans never express theirself in that fashion only until when all these PUERTO Ricans have influenced them from when they excape from Hd/dH dominiHAITI OR HAITIdomini to Puerto Rico in what we call Yola boats to P.R and when PUERTO Rican open doors for them in NYC....so its them copyin our lingo our slangs and expressions and sayins that they pick up on to try to blend in to be accepted their spanish is the most illiterate in all latin spanish hispanic America...so they say worda improper and the worst pronunciations and dictation i mean look into the history of their shit hole of land. Its sad they are 50 yrs behind still have dirt roads til this day and its 2018 and the teaching is behind. They learn with PUERTO Ricans world with them and im not Hispanic this is thru the goverment documents and research dumb in a cans are doing now what Puertoricans was doing 70yrs ago and for them its a big thing starting from New York on down the east coast. Dumb in a cans are everyone slaves thanks to them they sit in bodegas that PUERTO Ricans rent to them and collect rent cause no one wants to sit in a bodega and wait for some one to buy bread eggs and milk and candy and take the risk of getting stuck up PUERTO Ricans are a lil too smart for that they pulled 70yrs in this and backed out of the business when the big supermarkets like Wal-Mart's and other giant mega stores took over. So all that talk thanks to the PUERTO RICANS thats facts not fiction

A lot of these videos show black neighborhoods but I think some people forget that there is a large Puerto Rican population in the Northeastern region of the States. Massachusettes, New Jersey, Pensylvania, Conneticutt, and New York have large Puerto rican populations. Some cases exist where there is a larger Puerto Rican population than Black. You can see these places in Massachusettes and Conneticutt. I'm from Western MA and the cities of Springfield an Holyoke suffer from sever urban blight. But they have a relatively large Puerto Rican population accompanied by only a small black population. The same can be said for most cities in the state. The ghettos here are mostly populated by Puerto Ricans.
