Both of my grandchildren learned and used baby sign language. I think the ability for them to express many of their needs prior to being physically capable of verbalizing them really helps them from being frustrated. Sign language certainly beats the having a baby cry then trying to guess what they want or need. When my grandson was small he was so cute I think the signs he used most were drink and more more, lol.

Haven't been subscribed for to long but saw a video of surprising Phil at the apartment in your fertility journey . His JOY made me smile and tear up . I then saw a few more videos and learned some of your story. When found out in the bathroom about being pregnant with Cassidy I jumped for joy and cried with you . Prayed and cheered!! You came to my attention on youtube for reason I'm sure . We are adopting 2 of our grandchildren, we then our granddaughter was born in July last year with 5 holes in her heart and a valve issue so your story help us through. Today she has healed almost fully on her own 🙏 . Miracles happen BIG and small but they are miracles!! I hope you all are back feeling good soon (look for mold in every nook and cranny of your home) . Sunflowers are the best . 🌻

Vlogs with Alex doing most of the talking are just my favorites 🤗. This one, with baby strapped to your back…….🥰. Hot lava is always a favorite game. My 3 year old grandson is very much into it 💜. We traveled from Germany a couple of weeks ago, and also came down with a yukky cold, we’re still recovering from. Living in New Mexico, I agree, sunshine, with occasional shady breaks, is wonderful. Our tiny garden is filled with giant sunflowers, a few peach trees, wild flowers, and shade trees. Gossy is so fricking cute!!!

Watching you talking about your garden made me think about the small garden my husband and I have started early this year. My husband and I also have a tomato plant and peppers that we are growing. Our peppers are golden and long slim red cayenne, 3 jalapeño, anaheim and Hungarian wax peppers. The cayenne peppers have already produced plenty of fully ripped peppers and some of the others have started turning their final color

I grew up on a farm with tons of animals and momma had 3 of the biggest gardens you could imagine...LOVE it. My tomatoes are doing the same thing, I have some on there just not turning. Glad you are all on the mend. If I might make a suggestion for the garden - plant lavender. There are edible varieties which adds a really nice fragrant flavour to some foods. But the other thing it will do is attract the bees, which will be really good for your garden. Also if you dont have one, a coriander plant because you can pretty much use the whole of the plant. And courgette (zucchini) for the same reason - courgette flowers can also be eaten (although you may already be growing that - apologies if I am suggesting things you have already thought of) xx

What I like to do with some is peel them, puree them and then freeze in ice cube trays. Then I put in freezer bags and just take one out at a time and put in my fruit smoothie. So refreshing!

I have been watching you all for about 5 years now. I found you while I was struggling to get pregnant. I suffer from secondary infertility. Unfortunately I was not able to get pregnant and after a lot of emotions I have been able to come to peace with it. I love your garden. You all should try fried green tomatoes. We slice them thin, dip them in egg, then dip them in a mixture of corn meal, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. I pan fry them. You have to sprinkle salt before you eat them but we look forward to them every year. Sorry it is long but when I saw your green tomatoes I had to say something. Usually you either love them or not.

Couple of herbs and flowers are good bug and fly repellents to companion plant with. Your garden is great. We as humans always continue to learn. Sometimes plants dont grown how they are supposed too according to books and experts eg. Im in australia in a town with frosts as its winter and my big roma tomato plant is still producing tomatoes.
