I tried designing a spline drive stem fork combo but realized after designing it that manufacturing it would be a nightmare and you'd have to sell the combo. I think I have a better idea now using trees collet stem that they no longer make

Bros insulin resistant and morbidly obese, please do not blame sugar for your problems. Fat is the cause for type 2 diabetes. Glucose can not enter the cell due to excess dietary fat. Sugar is a nutrient not a drug, our body runs on glucose. You're demonizing junk foods which are fat + sugar & salt. Fat = 9cal per gram. Carb 4cal per gram. How you gonna demonize sugar and then have these "slip ups" due to lack of will power lol. Is it a drug or not? If low carb is so great, why do slip ups even occur? Why self sabotage... next time you check a food label and gasp at how much sugars in it, look how much fat are in those same foods. Fat free carbs... rice, potatoes, beans, fruits. Healthy... all contain sugar. No oils. Btw insulin sensitivity (a good thing) is glucose (sugar) entering the cells. being insulin resistant prevents this from happening. Also why is Fat called fat, if sugar makes you fat? He did not get to that size eating fruits and starches. If sugar is bad for being refined, why is protein powder okay? Both are refined...
