Never knew this guy existed until Anderton's mentioned him on a Jimi Hendrix-themed episode. Needless to say, I was seriously missing out for the last 20 years of my life....

Unreal! I have been following Philip Sayce for about 2 years or so. I was blown away the first time I heard about him and I continue to be amazed. I play guitar myself. When I watch him play I get motivated to play but sometimes I wonder why I even try after watching him play like this :)

I am devastated that I missed him! I think I have seen him every time he's come into our area! I love this guy but as you know I was the stage manager at the Battle of the Blues Bands and could not attend! I'm so glad you were able to go.

Just a great artist. Soulful to the max. However, very few songs under 9 minutes.

One of the best ever! But, no song should last 9 minutes, especially, a slow blues song.
@eddieyakin71734 жыл бұрын
Some of SRV’s songs would last 12 minutes+, same with Hendrix
