In my study Bible, it is pointed out in verses 10 and 11 that at the day of judgment, EVERY does not just refer to the saints. Also, I really like the wording used in the NIV in verses 15 and 16: “…you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the Word of life.” 🙂
